The 14-day program is for someone who wants to build a healthier relationship with food. You will get 4 one-on-one coaching sessions over a 2 week period, as well as a detailed program that will transform the way you look at food, and your habits that surround eating.

 

If you have been feeling stuck with reaching your goals of increased energy, weight loss, healthier eating habits, being present during meals, or understanding the signals from your body, this program is for you.

We will dive deeper into the WHY behind your current eating habits, and together, take the steps forward to listen and honor what your body is signaling to you.

6-week Mind & Body Transformation program

The 6-week program is for someone who would like an accelerated coaching experience. You will get 6 one-on-one sessions over a period of 6 weeks.

 

If you have been feeling stuck with reaching your goals of increased energy, better time management, weight loss, better eating habits, or managing daily tasks, this program is for you.

We will dive deeper into the WHY behind your goals, and together, take the steps forward to achieve them.

Meditation

90-day Full Body Transformation program

The 90-day program is for someone who would like an in depth coaching experience. You will get 12 one-on-one sessions over a period of 12 weeks, or 90 days.

 

We will discover obstacles standing in your way of reaching your goals. These could include goals of increased energy, better time management, weight loss, better eating habits, managing daily tasks, AND how to manage your stress & anxiety.

 

After the 90-days, you will find yourself able to make changes THAT LAST.

Workouts & 6-week program

We will discuss how to increase your energy, have better time management, achieve your weight loss goals, reframe your mindset on food/eating habits, and how to manage daily tasks. 

​

We will ALSO uncover your fitness goals, and how we can sustainably make them a priority in your busy life.

​

I will create a catered-to-you 6-week workout program, based on your goals and lifestyle. You will be coached one-on-one each week along the way to make sure your goals are in alignment with your progress.
